We are working with the Adaptive Recreation Program within the Boise Department of Parks and Recreation to aid a bike fair the City is hosting May 20.
The fair will display a fleet of adaptive bikes including upright and recumbent handcycles, upright and recumbent trikes, and tandem bicycles. It is free to attend so that individuals who can't ride a traditional bike can try out different styles of equipment to find what matches their specific needs.
Our vision for Boise has to always been a bike community where everyone is welcomed and all bikes belong and we are looking for volunteers to help both with customers as they get on and off the bikes and with basic repairs / adjustments through the event to ensure the bikes are ready to go.
