Pedal the Night Away!
Join the Boise Bicycle Project on March 14th from 5:30-10:00pm for a fundraising event at the Linen Building.
Start the evening with a bike promenade from BBP to the Linen Building dressed in your “finest”. You can expect lively music & dancing, delicious food & drinks, and some of the most entertaining bike games around.
If you’re not a fan of school dances, no sweat! Sit back, relax, and browse our killer silent auction to help to raise some critical funding for your favorite nonprofit.
Tickets & Tables
Individual Ticket - $70
Reserving a bike prom ticket includes 1 ticket to prom, food & drinks, opportunities to bid on auction items, and the chance to win raffle prizes.
Reserve a Table - $560
Reserve a table for your prom posse. This includes 8 tickets to prom, a reserved table for your group, food & drinks, opportunities to bid on auction items, and the chance to win raffle prizes.

Bike Prom is going to be a fun evening moving from a fun social hour at the Boise Bicycle Project to prom at the Linen Building. Here’s a breakdown of what to expect and where to be when:
5:30 - 6:30 PM | Social hour at the Boise Bicycle Project (1027 S Lusk St). Enjoy drinks and company before we head to prom!
6:30 PM | Bike promenade - a group bike ride from BBP to the Linen Building where prom will be held. Don’t forget to bring your bike!
6:30 PM | Doors open at the Linen Building (1402 W Grove St) for prom. Join the bike promenade beforehand or meet us there!

BBP’s bike promenade will be a bike ride dressed to the 9’s through downtown Boise from BBP to the Linen Building.

To participate in the bike promenade you will need to bring your own bike to ride.

You must purchase a ticket to attend bike prom (starting at $70, see above). You can attend the pre-funk at BBP before the bike promenade from 5:30-6:30 pm without a bike prom ticket!
Purchasing a table ensures that you and your prom posse have a reserved spot to sit and eat together.

Unfortunately, you must be at the event to bid on auction items.

Yes! Open Table Catering will be catering food. Vegetarian and gluten-free options available. Please email Gillian Horn (gillian@boisebicycleproject.org) if you have any additional questions regarding dietary restrictions.

We encourage you to dress like you would for prom - the more over-the-top and dramatic, the better! If you’re not into it, no fret. We still want you there!
