Preparing 600 bikes for the Holiday Kids Bike Giveaway means we have to put a lot of pleas for gently used children’s bikes out to the community.
Donation support volunteers work with BBP staff to field bike donations, prepare the ones that can be refurbished, and strip useful components off of the ones that can’t. They also help track and inventory refurbished bikes so they can be assigned to kids in need.
