As you all the legislative session has just kicked off, and we need to keep our eyes peeled for bills that have the potential to affect the funding allocated to bike-ped projects and the language that includes us active transportation folks in definitions/policies to protect us and our streets. The session has only just started, but when the time comes I will be in touch and let you know when would be best to show up and share your voice.
The first meeting of the year will be a 2024 Legislature update, testimony training, and what to expect for the year ahead on Thursday, January 25th from 6:15 to 7:30 pm. Come to BBP to learn the ins and outs of effective testimony and what to expect in this session.
