On Saturday, September 21, Primary Health will host the 3rd annual bike donation drive benefitting BBP. This event is a huge endeavor, and it’s arguably one of the most important volunteer based events of the year for BBP.

As many of you know, Boise Bicycle Project depends on your support. Whether that be through volunteering, donating or supporting our mission by becoming a BBP Member, the support you contribute to us everyday spreads into the community we work in for giveaways or the services in our shop.

BBP donated over 30 bicycles to children in our community at our Kids’ Bicycle and Safety Hour (Kids’ B.A.S.H.) this past Saturday! For some of these 4 through 11 year olds it’s their first time riding; others are veterans of bike clubs like Hawthorne’s and Whitney’s.

Whether you are a seasoned Tour de Fat goer, an OG Goathead Fest attendee, or experience this wonderfully weird bicycle fest for your first time, the second year of Boise Goathead Fest was one for the books!
