Women in our Shifting Gears Program at the South Boise Correctional Center have fixed up 50% of the kid bikes donated at our past two Kids Bicycle and Safety Hours (B.A.S.H.), along with the bikes we donated to Duck Valley.

CREATING LASTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE ORIGINAL PEOPLE OF THE BOISE VALLEY
This past Friday representatives from the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes picked up 46 kids bikes from our shop to bring back to the Duck Valley Reservation on the border of Nevada and Idaho.

This is a 1987 Miyata 100 “Mixte” (it might be a 85, 87, or 88 but probably not a 1989) with limitless potential for creating joyful and sustainable transportation for its future rider. And look at all of those beautiful triangles! Strong beautiful triangles everywhere!
