Mobile Fix-It season is just around the corner!

We are excited to announce the roll out of our 2021 Mobile Fix-it program with our first stop of the year on March 3rd!

If you are unfamiliar with Mobile Fix-it, we pack up our tools and supplies into our bike trailer and bring the Bicycle Project out into the community - setting up pop-up repair shops at parks, apartment complexes, schools and beyond!

This year, we are doubling the amount of stops to fix kids bikes from 20 events to 40, as well as collaborating with community partners on 6 stops to help fix bikes for those experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity.

In doing so we are aiming to get 500 bikes and their riders up and riding again. This will not be possible without help from our awesome volunteers and community partners, so if you are interested, check out our volunteer sign ups for shifts and locations to help out at our Mobile Fix-it stops! We will continue to take Covid precautions and socially distance these stops, while working to ensure that Boise rides on!
