Your Role in Recruiting the Dream Team

Four New Positions and Opportunities to Shape BBP’s Future

BBP has 4 diverse and key positions becoming available to the community at large today. Each position has the ability to create a tangible impact at BBP, which directly translates to expanded impact within the community. In 2021, we will reopen many of our services and programs to the community for the first time in over a year. As we relaunch these efforts, it is crucial that we bring them back better, stronger, and more impactful for the community we serve. In 2021, we will finalize and begin executing a new 3 to 5- year strategic plan, and the folks in these positions will play an important role in that process. Combined, these positions have the potential to be transformative, ushering in the next phase of growth and change at BBP.

Your help is needed!

And that’s why we need your help in finding and recruiting a dynamic group of people to embark on this journey. The positions below offer opportunities for folks with a variety of different skillsets, expertise, and lived experiences. As part of BBP’s commitment to creating a space where everyone is welcome and all bikes belong, we are always working to recruit a staff that understands and reflects the diversity of our community so that we may better understand and address the barriers of our marginalized residents. Please help us find some new incredible team members.

Starting Wage Increase

Pay varies between positions, but, as of today, ALL part-time and full-time positions at BBP start at a minimum of $14.50/hour. Our goal is to move that to at least $15/hour in 2022. This increase in starting wage reflects the increased cost of living in Boise, our effort to recruit people with unique and valuable skill sets with competitive wages and benefits, and to honor the important and essential work our staff does on a daily basis.
