Sat. June 16th- Bare as You Dare II- Boise’s collaboration with the World Naked Bike Ride 9:30-10pm at.... To Be Announced... Who’s in charge?-No one knows. Ring your bells at 9:30 and start pedaling...Route coming soon.
It’s back and “Barer” than ever, well not really, because the laws are still the same, “butt”..... here’s the “skinny.”
-
Todays the day, that cyclists say, we’ll pedal our bikes in more natural way.
How bare do you dare? Well riders beware, we did last year with cops everywhere.
A word of the wise, no pubic hair guys, and cover those mammaries with some sort of disguise.
So lets try to please ‘em, they’re (cops) here for reason, let’s hope to enforce the non hunting bikes season
Each year we get hit, and cars throw a fit, when we ride on the road-they don’t think it’s legit.
But it is “here we are!” On a bike-not car, with no clothes you’ll be looking for us from a far.
What novel conquest, that we’ll put to test. The trucks will be looking when they might see a breast.
Oh it’s all in good fun, and it’s for everyone, every bike needs a body-everybody’s got buns.
So join the joyride, read the laws and abide, it’s as Bare as You Dare you have nothing to hide.
With that said, hear is the idaho “naked laws” http://www.cityofboise.org/Departments/City_Clerk/PDF/CityCode/Title6/0622.pdf Basically, the police will be there, just like last year, and you will be ticketed/arrested if you show “nudity” “Nudity” means the showing of the human male or female genitals, pubic area, or buttocks with less than a fully opaque covering; the showing of the female breast with less than a fully opaque covering of any part of the nipple; the exposure of any device, costume, or covering which gives the appearance of or simulates the genitals, pubic hair, natal cleft, perineum anal region or pubic hair region; or the exposure of any device worn as a cover over the nipples and/or areola of the female breast, which device simulates and gives the realistic appearance of nipples and/or areola. -municipal code 6-22
